What photo should I use for my dog’s ornament?

Choose a clear, well-lit photo that shows your dog’s face as prominently as possible. Natural light works best, and a slightly angled or three-quarter shot often captures personality better than a straight-on photo. If you’re not sure which one to use, send me a few options and I’ll help you choose.

Can I include more than one dog on the ornament?

Due to the size of the ornament, each one is designed for a single pet portrait. If you have multiple dogs, I’d recommend one ornament per dog so each gets the detail they deserve. Bundle pricing is available during the holiday season if you’re ordering more than one.

How long will it take to receive my ornament?

Please allow four weeks from the time I receive your photo and order confirmation. Each ornament is painted by hand, one at a time, so I’m not able to rush the process without compromising the quality of the work.

When do I need to order to guarantee it arrives by Christmas?

Given the four-week turnaround, I recommend ordering as early in the season as possible. I’ll confirm current availability and cutoff dates for holiday delivery when you reach out, since demand and lead time can shift as the season progresses.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Right now I ship exclusively within the United States. I’m not able to fulfill international orders at this time.

An artist from childhood, Karen Hesselbach majored in Fine Art in college and has worked as a creative professional for more than 20 years, lending her talents to renowned brands that include Disney and Anthropologie.
